UK Delivery Exceptions:

There are some post codes excluded from normal delivery times in the UK. This means the delivery may take longer than 24 or 48 hours or the service may not be available at all. This will be taken into account in the estimated delivery time.

Late Deliveries (UK):

If your order has been delivered late you may be entitled to a refund on these costs. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable.

I am Pure Organic cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advance.

Damaged Orders:

Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it’s journey to your door.

If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.

If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
